• The membership scheme was originally started in 1983 and they currently have over 600,000 members.
• A network of over 1,250 Recovery Specialists with over 5,000 vehicles nationwide, who are all AVRO, (Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators), or RRRA, (Road Rescue Recovery Association) operators, details of which can be found on their websites at:

• Average response time is 39 minutes with priority shown for females and people in vulnerable positions.
